AFTER SALES
MOROS customer service is well known worldwide and
supported by Higgins Balers in the UK and Ireland. We
now support customers and machines with new e-
monitoring devices, reducing unscheduled stops.
Moreover, we ensure spare parts are available
throughout the life of the machine, as we manufacture
almost all of the components ourselves; those we don’t,
we generally carry in stock, so they are ready for delivery.
In addition we keep a record of all the machines we have
manufactured in the last 56 years making spares tracking
easier.
